• BIG HEAD TODD AND THE MONSTERS
    40th Anniversary Tour
    February 14, 2025
  • Few friendships or partnerships withstand the test of time, and it's even rarer for a band to stay together for the long haul. For nearly four decades, Big Head Todd and The Monsters—Todd Park Mohr, Brian Nevin, Rob Squires, and Jeremy Lawton—have done just that, creating blues-drenched rock ‘n’ roll that resonates with fans worldwide. Their 12th album, Her Way Out, captures this enduring spirit, crafted from their "Monster’s Music Monthly" sessions and recorded with the energy of live shows. The title track and single "Her Way Out" offers a gritty narrative of relationship fragility, while "Thunderbird" nods to American Graffiti with its AC/DC-like riffs and poetic lyrics. Songs like “Don’t Kill Me Tonight” and “King Kong” further showcase the band’s ability to blend storytelling with robust, cinematic rock.

Throughout their career, Big Head Todd and The Monsters have reached impressive milestones, from playing at NASA Mission Control to touring with legends like B.B. King and Robert Plant. They’ve headlined Red Rocks Amphitheatre 35 times and were inducted into the Colorado Music Hall of Fame in 2023. Despite nearly four decades together, the band remains committed to their craft, celebrating their unique chemistry and connection with their fans. "We’re a group that cares for each other," Todd reflects. "Our audience has made it all possible, and we’re determined to keep playing."
